FGC is a Training Center dedicated to teaching psychotherapists Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and CBT-based T.E.A.M. therapy (TEAM-CBT) developed by Dr. David Burns, MD at Stanford University. CBT is a highly effective short-term therapy focused on the “here-and-now”.
