I am a Mental Health Counselor with experience treating diverse individuals of all ages, ethnic backgrounds, sexual orientations, and challenges. My experience includes helping people struggling with the symptoms of anxiety, depression, addiction, mood disorders, ADHD, trauma, psychiatric diagnoses, autism spectrum disorder, and more. I particularly enjoy working with adolescents and young adults who may be experiencing difficulties with self-esteem, a sense of purpose, or navigating different traumas and struggles.
