I received my Master’s Degree in Social Work from New York University and am a licensed therapist in New York and New Jersey. I have experience working with anxiety, depression, obsessive compulsive disorder, attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder, relationship issues, life transitions, trauma, and developmental disabilities. My prior work in school, non-profit, and crisis intervention settings has provided me with a solid foundation and a broad range of insight and experience serving people of varying ages, backgrounds, identities, and abilities.
My therapeutic style includes honing in on your strengths and resilience, while simultaneously working through difficulties you may be enduring. I enjoy working with individuals from all walks of life, and am especially passionate about working with young adults.
