Our thoughts, feelings, and behaviors play more significant of a role in our life than we often realize. No matter what you are going through, you deserve to feel supported and heard. By fostering a trusting relationship, we can work through your challenges and stressors together in order to get you on track to living a more fulfilling and joyous life. Through the use of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based practices, we will empower you to heal, grow, and thrive in your day-to-day life. Your wellbeing is my top priority, so come as you are and take the first step in working towards becoming the best version of yourself.
I received my Master’s Degree in Social Work from New York University and am a licensed therapist in New York and New Jersey. I have experience working with anxiety, depression, obsessive compulsive disorder, attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder, relationship issues, life transitions, trauma, school refusal, and a wide range of developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorder. My prior work in school, non-profit, and crisis intervention settings has provided me with a solid foundation and a broad range of insight and experience serving people of varying ages, backgrounds, identities, and abilities.
My therapeutic style includes honing in on your strengths and resilience, while simultaneously working through difficulties you may be enduring. I enjoy working with individuals from all walks of life, and am especially passionate about working with young adults.
