"Elise does an excellent job of bringing David Burns’ innovative approach to CBT to life. She promotes a collaborative environment for learning and discussion with opportunities to practice the skills taught each class. I learned a lot from this course and use many of the strategies and techniques from the CBT TEAM approach in my work with clients. This course has helped me to be a better clinician and to increase my confidence in the work I do with clients."
